Livestream first look and guide to starting the Airbus A320 V2 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Today we took a look at the Airbus A320 V2 in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 - starting from cold and dark on the ground at London Stansted, and flying it up to Edinburgh.

Although the simulator crashed on final approach into Edinburgh, we saw a lot of facets of both the simulator and the aircraft en-route - quite a few bugs for Asobo (and Inibuilds) to work on, and obviously the crash at the end to work on.

There’s a lot of negative commentary about the new simulator - and while I can understand people’s frustrations, I think it’s still a towering achievement. You can see the kernel of by far the best consumer grade simulator ever created - it just needs some time and attention to solve the numerous small issues that are only natural with a project of this scale.
