Flying the Airbus A310 from Pescara to Rimini to test the avionics in Microsoft Flight Simulator
A quick test flight from Pescara to Rimini in Italy to test out the navigation systems, autopilot, and avionics in the Airbus A310 in Microsoft Flight Simulator. This was very much an "unscripted" flight, and numerous procedural mistakes were made along the way - but that wasn't really the point. The aircraft flew the programmed route, and had no major issues along the way. Also discovered a great catch-22 with the auto-pilot disengage button on the yolk.
